One of the things I’ve talked about before is how I’ve learned to pay attention to the small stuff, the stuff that feels like more than coincidence. Over the years, I’ve noticed patterns, symbols and signs that show up, just when I need them. The more I’ve leaned into this awareness, the more I’ve realized these small moments can bring comfort, reassurance and even direction.
A friend texted me about a white feather that showed up on her car dashboard, pristine and perfectly placed. This reminded me of how I used to dismiss the small stuff as random but later learned to see the meaning. I also started thinking about the role of signs in our lives and how they can be reminders that we are supported and never alone.
In this episode, I share my own stories of unexpected signs, like finding pennies everywhere I went and how they led me to a deeper sense of connection. I also share stories from friends who found meaning in butterflies, frogs, numbers and even songs, all of which led us to feel close to loved ones who had passed. Today’s Wise Walk encourages you to slow down, check in with yourself and get curious about the signs around you.
