After a while, you realize something is simply not working in life. The beautiful part about that is the opportunity to remove, throw out, release, or refuse service to whatever is no longer serving you. This episode talks about choosing what to 86 in your life.

Using the term “86” is like acknowledging what’s not right for us and our intention to let it go. What do we want to 86 in our lives?
I’m here to spend quality solo time with you for EP86’s Wise Walk as we discover our True Stride. I share what I’m currently 86’ing out of my life. I’m releasing things such as feelings of failure, thoughts of being hard on myself, and unrealistic expectations. We all deserve to release unrealistic expectations, and give ourselves grace, space, and time to shift.
